I had a fantastic stay at Lagoa Hostel & Suites. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze even though we arrived late at night. The breakfast offered a nice selection of bread, cheese, ham, coffee, yogurt. The location was peaceful and there were convenient places nearby for snacks and drinks. Additionally, the modern furniture and bathroom added to the overall comfort of our stay.
While there were minor issues with cleanliness and a strange odor in the kitchen, these did not detract from the overall positive experience.

I had a fantastic experience at the hostel! the staff at Hostel & Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location of the hostel was also ideal, with a bus station right in front and easy access to the main destinations in Sao Miguel. the room I stayed in was comfortable and well-priced, comparable to a hotel standard. The amenities such as free parking and a good wifi connection added to the convenience of my stay. Cons: Nothing to be said 😊.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Lagoa. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The free parking and good wifi connection were also a big plus. The modern furniture and bathroom in our room were impressive, and the beds were comfortable. we had a great experience and would recommend this hostel to others.

The staff at Lagoa Hostel & Suites were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even helped us book tours and gave us great local tips. The breakfast, although not the best, had all the essentials we needed to start our day. The location was convenient with easy access to the bus station right in front of the hostel. The setup of the hostel felt more like a hotel with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. Despite a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its welcoming staff and convenient location.
